the size chart is relatively accurate. initially I bought a 3XL in fear of it being too Small, but eventually a 'M' size fitted nicely. it's a synthetic polymer but appears to breathe somewhat decently so you don't sweat right out of them

The size listings are accurate for western bodytypes. I estimated at first that I would need a larger shirt, but I received a massive shirt when I bought the 3XL. The fabric is of decent quality and it arrived quickly. The sizes are accurately described, so you don't need to overestimate it. I will buy another version that is just a regular 'M' size
